A true labour of love, hand-knit with meticulous attention to every stitch. The Emma is named after a special shopper we met at the One of a Kind Show, where it became a fast favourite — and it's been one ever since.

Good news: Our blankets are meant to be lived in

Wash: Machine wash cold on a gentle/delicate cycle. Pop it in a large mesh laundry bag or wash on its own to protect the loops.

Detergent: Use a small amount of mild detergent. Skip the fabric softener, it can dull the yarn's plush texture.

Dry: Lay flat to dry, reshaping gently. Avoid high heat.

Refresh between washes: Spot-clean small spills with a little cold water, and give it a gentle shake to fluff the loops back up.

What materials are our blankets made with?

Each handmade piece is made from 100% polyester Chenille Yarn, which is not only extremely soft but also highly resistant to wear and tear. Our yarn is manufactured for Nicnakknits and supports another Canadian small business.
What sizes do you offer?

We knit everything from a pet size all the way up to King size throws. Each listing lets you choose your size.
Are these blankets machine washable?

Yes. Our blankets are easy to wash and care for, which is exactly why parents and pet owners love them. All our items are machine washable, a care card is included in every order.
Can I request custom colours?
